Terms of Service
NOTICE:
If my ToS changes anytime after your commission has been completed, you are not held accountable. You will still be bound by the previous version unless you give up ownership of said artwork. In this case, please redirect the new owner here.If any of these terms are broken, you will be blacklisted. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
Will Draw/Include
-Feral Creatures and Animals (Includes full bodies)
-Human Characters (includes full bodies
-Anthros (Bust and Headshot only)
-Character and Creature Designs (from scratch)
-Simple backgrounds/effects and lighting
-MINIMAL Mechanical, Skeletal
-MINOR gore/blood
Won't Draw/Include:
-Highly complicated designs with layers of detail
-Mechanical, Skeletal, etc...
-Ship art/Relationship art
-Complicated backgrounds
-NSFW, AI Art, or NFT Art
-HEAVY gore/blood
-YCH or Bases
-Anything with controversial, sensitive, religious/spiritual, or overly personal topics
Agreements:
-I have the right to refuse a commission if I do not feel I'm capable or comfortable with the request. I otherwise am not required to disclose my reasons.-Be aware that the listed prices may change over time. If I already started working on artwork for you before any changes, you have the right to pay the price you were offered originally. However, do not expect to pay the previous price if you commission me again after the price change.-My watermark is NOT OPTIONAL to be removed.-You have permission to use, print, and repost the artwork as long as it does not associate me, the artist, with anything to do with harassment, hate speech, bullying, etc... DO NOT claim it as your own work or resell it, please credit me if using it publically <3
-If you choose to keep the artwork private (for example, you do not plan on posting it or showing it publically) and don't want me to post it either, please let me know!-DO NOT feed my art into any AI website, application, program, or otherwise!
-Examples: inserting into another image, recreating, learning AI, ChatGPT, touch-ups, etc...-If I do accept your commission, expect there to be some communication involved in order to assess what is and isn't possible (in terms of my capabilities) before we proceed. I will be sure to send in drafts along the way! I am more than willing to send more frequent drafts if need be!-Please be aware that I work and have other responsibilities, so do not expect quick commissions unless they are just sketches. If something has come up that may cause a delay, I will make sure to update you. Thank you!-PLEASE PROVIDE everything that is required on the form that you will fill out for a commission. You will be contacted after submitting :)
Payment
Payments will be done in two separate payments UNLESS you are willing to pay in full upfront.-The first payment will be made after I send the finished, watermarked sketch for you to approve. The second payment will be made once I have the finished piece ready for you and allow you to preview it (the HD version will be sent after the final payment).
-Payments will be made within 48 hours, if you are unable to pay within that time frame, please contact me asap with an estimated time.
-Your HD version of the image will be provided via Discord, Email, or Google Drive shortly after!-Payments will be made through CashApp (Please communicate with me if that's not an option for you, we may be able to do payments some other way; ex. a Steam game)
-Sometimes I offer Robux as a payment option! However, Robux Tax will be included in the price.
